How to move between files and applications quickly

If you have a Word Document, Outlook and Say an Excel file open at the same time, most of us would click on the icons at the bottom of the screen to switch between them. You can do this quicker using the keyboard shortcut below:

Press ALT and TAB on your keyboard at the same time until you switch the application or file you want to see on the screen. This works a little bit like a conveyor belt that keeps going whilst you keep pressing ALT and TAB together.
