3. ONLINE PURCHASE DELIVERY POLICY
All training products purchase online from www.woodthorpeitsolutions.co.uk are delivered as a download link with activation code. All details you will require to install the training software is sent automatically at the point of sale. If you do not receive your download instructions within 1 hour of purchase please contact us on vtraining@woodthorpeitsolutions.co.uk
4. REFUND / CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY FOR DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS
We will provide full refunds in the following situations (within 28 Days of purchase):
You have purchased the software and have not installed it (our systems can detect this)
You have purchased the software, have installed it and cannot get it to work even after our best efforts to support you.
Since our product is immediately despatched electronically after purchase should you have purchased in error, situation 1 from above applies and as long as you have not installed the training software and you inform us within 28 days we will provide a full refund. Also our product is an electronic product so you will not incur any postage costs to return any part of the item as we will simply cancel it electronically from our server.
